At first, I was a bit confused about everything. The payment was not as easy as I imagined. I asked customer service several times to make sure about the battery and the entire order process.
I ignored it for 2 months because I wanted to find a better alternative until customer service contacted me again. Long story short, I ordered the battery and it was delivered to my address, though it was a bit late. They probably knew about my hesitation, so they promised to provide better service.
